Dear Pros,
I have an idea of commercial info website.
Now trying to find best solution for it from commercial/profits/taxes side.
(Living outside US.)
From your point of view:
1. Where should I register a company for the purpose?
(Practically it is possible to do anywhere in the world, but I prefer offshore ...
Clients will be international, from US also - if it means something ...)
2. Where should I open bank account for the company?
(Also anywhere in the world, but with internet banking ...)
3. Which billing you would suggest any why?
(Expected turnover is around USD 50.000/- annually ...)
Will appreciate as many opinions, as possible.

None of those questions have simple answers, they will all depend largely on your individual situation - what would be right for one person would be completely wrong for others.

Depends on so may factors, including tax law etc wherever you live, that I really believe it is a question for a local accountant or lawyer to answer.

Again, it depends on many things. The amount per year is only one, others include average transaction size, nature of the products/services being sold, what you decide about 2 above and many other things.
I would look at and compare the following for a start:
www.worldpay.com
www.2checkout.com
www.authorizenet.com
And also check out PayPal
I have clients who use multiple methods - eg WorldPay and PayPal and an offline payment method, which gives additional choice to people.

- Where are you incorporated ? (Country)
- Which bank you have corporate account with? (Bank name, location)

I am not incorporated..I have an LLC. just as abbey said, these answers depend......what country are you a citizen of and where do you live? you cant just create your company anywhere (at least not easily) and without professional advice, you could wind up owing tax in two different countries. If you want advice, I suggest you be more specific although, in fact, as abbey said, your need legal/tax advice. I only work with US clients so paypal and credit cards are sufficient for me.
as to your question, which bank - i dont want to answer that on the www. too personal there are zillions of banks. - you need a bank? my suggestion is "go local" choose a bank where you live.

I just wonder what pros use ...
What do you think if I open a Delaware LLC with HSBC account will it be good for international internet info project?
What about billings? Your opinion?

I understand... I have no more to contribute except to say that if you intend to create a Delaware LLC and reside outside of the USA, you need an attorney, one admitted to the Delaware Bar. good luck
