How to use.. stream song? Because me friend told me that he had to dl the song in order to listen to it even though the song is my website bg sound

And another question is.. how to make a playlist? As for the bg song, I wanna put maybe 3 or 4 songs and it will rotate the songs instead of playing one song over and over again
