Really new 2 dis..hope someone can help. I need to design a form that will allow users to 'rank' items in order of preference. (Not rating 1-5), but to show 4 titles of a journal and have the users enter 1 thru 4 in order of their title preference. Any ideas, y'all? Zil

Are you meaning where the form has 4 options and a different option must be chosen each time?
