Youngster -> Sizing Graphic to fit window (9/27/2004 6:07:40)

Hi, I'm new to this site so forgive me if I am asking an already answered question.
I have designed a site using Frontpage photogallery and on some machines when it opens the graphic it automatically sizes it to the window (which is what I want)
On others, it opens up to it's full size (which is quite large and not what I want)
This seems to nbe a browser setting image. Can anyone tell me how to ensure the grphic fits to the window?
