How do I quickly access, search and view archived messages in Outlook Express 6.0?
My email is very nicely organized into all the relevant folders I need, however, it has now reached 88MB's so even opening a message is a tedious chore.
I know how to import and export email, so that's not what I'm asking.

Dan,
I want to archive all my messages and have only the new ones in there, once I do that.
After archiving them, how can I access them again to look for what I need?
On the other subject, I hope you mean your own FTP and not the one I gave you! :-)

OK, to both of the above.
Do you use Outlook or Outlook Express? I need an OE expert because I've already done numerous internet searches for this, including on Microsoft's website and can't come up with the solution.

I haven't gotten anywhere and still need to know how I can archive email and read it when I need to.
