Rollovers FP vs Fireworks (Full Version)

I have a question regarding rollovers. I know in FP you can use the mighty mouse rollover (java scripts) to create rollovers. But in the new Fireworks, it seems very easy to create. My question is what are the difference in the two.. and which will take the longest to load?

They are both JavaScript. The only thing I've seen is that Fireworks likes to create extra pieces called shims. I don't like things like that which aren't really necessary, but when push comes to shove, there probably isn't much difference in load times. Maybe the newest version doesn't do that? I've got FW3.

Great thing to know.. thanks.. i do notice that the fireworks is easier to create than the the others
