dtgorm -> blackice blocking frontpage & visualstudio (10/6/2004 8:36:27)

Anyone have an idea about what port needs to be allowed or what needs to be done to allow frontpage or visual studio to access a web on a server that has BlackIce running? Port 80 is open but when I try to connect, I get these in the firewall logs.

I need the HTTP_Frontpage_Publish and TCP_Probe_HTTP to be allowed yet cannot find it. Is this something wrong with my extensions or my firewall or what?
