If you would take a look at this site and tell me what font is being used in the logo and links, I would appreciate very much. Also could you suggest something similar if you can't identify it. Thanks so much!

Hi,

The links look like Arial to me, not sure about the logo - I'll take a look. I think the logo is Arial as well, just abit bolder.

Cheers

Andy,

I believe you are right. How did they get it so smooth? Also tried to see how this site was designed and couldn't view source. Any idea why I can't. Just trying it the normal way going through View, View Source, it doesn't work.

Hi.

To get it smooth they would have anti-aliased it in their graphics program.

Try viewing their source again. Maybe it just hadn't finished loading, yet. I didn't have any difficulties.

Neat layout, isn't it?

To my eye, that typeface looks more like a Franklin Gothic typeface than Arial (at least, for the heavy title type).
Possibly a Franklin Gothic Heavy.....

For the lesser-weighted typefaces, they could be either Arial or a Franklin Gothic.

Well we have settled that it's either one or the other, not too hard to determine. Now, I still have the problem of not being able to view source which I would really like to do to get a feel of how this site layout. Just can't figure out why this doesn't work for me. It must be a security setting or some IE 5.5 setting that I don't know about. I have this problem on just a few sites. Any ideas from some of you "techies" out there?

I can see the code in both IE and Netscape...both via View > Source and with right clicking the mouse. Try one more time...it does take some time to load completely.
