I want to build a database which will include the usual address fields. Within a form one of the fields will be 'name' which will list all those included in the database. The user will then enter info into a series of other fields and then click submit. This submission will ideally then be e-mailed to a specified address, included in the e-mail will need to be the associated address data from the name selected in the form. Hope that makes sense Thanks in advance
