Can we see what the three options you've come up with are? the page you provided really does nothing for me. :( If I were you, I'd make the side of the house more prominent - make the whole half of the page a .jpg of the house? show us the detail in the plaster, etc.... remember what Lori came up with for the guy selling real estate in spain - the page she made was very visually rich. I don't know if I'm explaining myself well.

You could also fill some of the text with a gradient, or paste it onto a gradient background. I like gradients - they give a little bit of oomph. <is that a word?>

Hey, how about "smear" that underline a little, so that it looks faded...or in motion or something? just dn't get a trailing cursor that looks like paint splatters. lol
