Initial impression: Not bad but...
Your menu (dropdown) doesn't seem to function quite right in Firefox and it disappeared all together when I turned off javascript to view your code (very annoying to have to do that):). It also seems that many of your images share the same Alt="", not very helpful for those who rely on the alt txt.:) Some of your pages are very text centric which frankly I wouldn't wade through unless I needed something I could only get from you.

Personally, I do not care for the color scheme. There are too many different colors that don't particularly complement each other - yellow, red, pale green, blue, pink - it makes me slightly queasy. :(

colours aren't very nice, neither cool nor easy on the eye. menus need to be a different colour. have to scroll quite a way for content
