I think it's LOVELY except for that scrolling announcement thing on the left - it's completely annoying.
I'd rather see you have just one pertinent important announcement htere and have the rest on an announcements page.
I'd rather see the email link in the nav bar by itself rather than in the "Home" sub-menu. Some may have useability issues with that menu - there may be some people who cannot see it and therefore will not be able to navigate your site. I'd prefer to see a CSS controlled menu there instead; only thing is then you can't have the sub menus....
Otherwise - it looks fantastic, in my opinion.

That scolling thing on the side is really distracting. Otherwise, nice site. It might be interesting to use up the space around the logo with some action shots of kids playing the game rather than the crossed bats wallpaper... pics might be too busy, but it would be fun to try it.
