I've suggested the ALT + TAB + arrow key (or was it CTRL + ALT + arrow, I forget) but that didn't fix it. Also tried display settings, but it didn't help either. That system uses integrated Intel graphics... not an AGP card. So far the only thing that has worked is to turn the monitor on its head... _____________________________ If con is the opposite of pro, is Congress the opposite of progress?

LOL It looks like it was something in SP4... she uninstalled it and the problem went away. Depending on the AV engine it might or might not catch it. Symantec corporate AV can identify but not remove.
