If the logo is in a table that has connected rows and columns, then one of the lower rows may be the offender. You can correct it easy enough by creating a new graphic of the ribbon stripe, the red, white and blue stripe and use it as the table, cell(s) or row background. Then it will spred or contract depending on table size.------------------
