adulttoys -> http 302 error (10/16/2004 12:56:21)

Hi, I am experiencing something very strange. First of all I cannot view my own website through IE 6. I can view any other website. When i type in my domian it just hangs. But the weird thing is I can view it off of any other computer.

Secondly I lost my local copy of my site and am trying to put it back on FP 2000 and when I try to connect to publish back I get the following error:

Cannot connect to the web server http://www.teasemetoys.com. The server could not be located, or may be too busy to respond. Please check your typing to make sure web server is available. See details.

Details say: HTTP 302 Found
Object moved

Object moved to <a href='http://teasemetoys.com/_vti_bin/shtml.exe/_vti_rpc'>here</a>.</h2>

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

The requested resource resides temporarily under a different URI. Since the redirection might be altered on occasion, the client SHOULD continue to use the Request-URI for future requests. This response is only cacheable if indicated by a Cache-Control or Expires header field.

The temporary URI SHOULD be given by the Location field in the response. Unless the request method was HEAD, the entity of the response SHOULD contain a short hypertext note with a hyperlink to the new URI(s).

UnitHosting, your amount of knowledge amazes me, ability to express in simple terms baffles me.

Adult & Dan, what Unit is trying to say, is that the page is temporarily located else where, and the HTTP 302 error is telling the user where the file now resides. And I believe he is also trying to say that HTTP Headers will stop this.

Adult - Seeing as this is an FP Web - recalculate the links through the web, and then republish
