If you supply all the graphics and text, a Flash animation with about a dozen wipes or fades plus a link to a URL would cost about $100 to $150. If you need the artwork created, figure about $75 per hour for design time, added to the above. With all these destails you can ask for quotes and choose your best price. (in reply to Taz)

If you have the graphics, it would only be around $75-$150. If you have to make the graphics, it would depend how long it takes to make them from the information they provide to you. $75/hour for design isn't too bad, a little high, but still reasonable.
