I am looking a product that can store form results, allow you to search the database, and view submitted data in the form view. I have not seen a product that will re-populate the form with the data.....

Hi Monstertrap,
Your wanting a form that will display the form, search for a record in the database, and display the results in the same form?
I have a script that will do that. Built with Frontpage - Htmlkit and PHP. Very lengthy though. Too long to post here. I found it about a year ago in one of the php forums, but I don't remember which one. However, I do have the authors email address as she wants to know who is using her script. She can probably email the script to you, or tell you which forum she posted it to and you can go there and copy it.
