I was reading somewhere in this forum that png files were not completely cross browser compatible. I was wondering just how uncompatible they were? Is this something that I should just not do? I have had one hell of a time getting my rollover buttons to appear clearly. I have used photodraw, photoshop and image composer with no real luck in both gif and jpeg formats. When I use the png it looks great. Please advise.

personally.. I've always only used gif & jpeg.
