Graphics Quality - 6/11/2001 19:34:00
Hi I have a client that is e-mailing me some graphics he wants in his web site. I am getting him to paste them into a word doc and then e-mail me the word doc. They seem to come thru ok but I think that when I right click and copy the graphics then paste them into Photoshop I am sure I lose some quality at this step. Is there a way of stopping my clip baord from compressing the graphic or is there a better way of transfewring the graphics from the client to Photoshop? Thanks for any help Michael45

Wouldn't it be best for the client to send you the original file e.g. jpg, bmp etc. Is the graphic a photo or a logo? Does it original come from word??------------------ Cheers Roz From the frying pan into the fire!!!!

Firefly is correct. Your client needs to send those to you as attachments without importing them into Word. There is something funny that happens once you import into Word and then try to copy and paste into a graphics program.
