FP2003 hijacking Acrobat - 11/15/2004 4:34:08
Hi
I installed FP2003 a few weeks ago. As soon as I installed it, it hijacks Acrobat each time I try to view a .pdf. A windows installer box pops up, and says it's trying to install FP2003.

It's more than just a little annoying. My O/S is WinXP Pro.

I tried to look at file associations without findind anything. I also uninstalled Acrobat, and tried the reader - still without luck. I thought I'd read of an issue with Acrobat and Win XP, but failed to located any helpful advice.

Any ideas??

Cheers

Let the install run through - it will only run once.

When you installed Adobe, it will have altered some of the files within the FP/Office setup, therefore, next time FP/Office/Adobe is opened, it needs to repair those files.

Let the install run through, and insert disc is required
