PhotoShop CS... - 11/15/2004 5:29:58
Hi Guys... Over the weekend, I restart my PC for the first time in ooo say 6 hours? , and went to do some work in PSCS, as you do, b'cos I have client work I need to get done. Now, When loaded, PSCS told me I needed to activate, due to a hardware change - but that happened when I first installed it, and no hardware has changed since then. It's now not activating at all.... I need this working as I'm working with PSD files here, and PSP opens them as images, not Photoshop Files... I've tried re-installing, and please don't tell me I need to buy another serial Number for it What To Do? TIA

Yup, this is what they give you: quote:
In this instance, you must call the 24-hour automated Activation Voice Response system to reactivate Photoshop. For a list of phone activation numbers, visit the Adobe website at www.adobe.com/activation/phonenumbers.html. T'was originally activated via Phone when first installed as no net connection was available at the time - am using same Serial Number and Activation Code, as it gives me the same Request Code as the original install.... Maybe a "borrowed" key on installation might help....
