h@rry -> Webtrends Enterprise Reporting Server V3.1c (11/16/2004 12:04:32)

My host (commercestreet.com) provides this to view server statistics. I'm having trouble on one computer accessing it. I get the Webtrends login screen and enter my username and password and then:

In Netscape 7.1:
I see the next screen with my profile in the lower frame but it's not highlighted and I can't highlight it. Clicking on the reports icon does nothing.

In IE 6.0:
I see a screen "Loading main dialog for Webtrends Enterprise Reporting Server ..." for a couple of seconds and then the login screen jumps back up.

I'm using Win 2K SP4. On another computer it will work fine. I know that it's something running on the machine or some setting that is in conflict but I can't find it. I'd appreciate any help you may be able to provide.

Thanx.

Does it require Java perhaps? Your PC may not have the JRE installed.
Perhaps also try FireFox, but Id assume its a functionality of the browser thats not enabled or installed.
Have you tried from a different PC?

I've got Java RTE installed as it's required to run some real time stock quotes that I watch. Webtrends works fine on another machine. According to my host, nobody else has reported this problem and they have no idea what the problem is (other than it's my problem, not their's).

"works fine on another machine"
Sorry -missed that part.

Try firefox? check default security settings in IE in comparison to the working PC?

Got any Norton Products installed?

Firewall?

I uninstalled Norton Internet Security thinking that may be the problem. No help. Funny, the machine that works has it installed and it works fine there.
