Printing Banners - 11/28/2004 14:29:13
This in not really a frontpage or web question, but always get good advice here. Recently was asked to create a large banner for a store on a last minute idea. After creating the banner in photoshop I seem to have forgotten how to "slice it" so I can print sections and paste together. Am I wrong that this can be done fairly easily in photoshop? The actual file was designed to be about 18 inches tall and span about 60 inches

traveler98, Before you go to this trouble, just buy some continuous banner paper (also known as computer or z-fold paper) at Staples or Office Max, load and print away.

Well I thought of that, but was hoping to be able to use glossy photo paper. Haven't seen any banner paper that isn't just plain paper.

traveler98, I haven't used the picture splitting function in PhotoShop so can't comment on it. PaintShop Pro does it in a fairly straightforward manner and FrontFX offers a free one Here. The FrontFX software states it is suitable for FrontPage 2000 but handles 2003 as well.
