Gill Step 1 - Calm Down This is a problem at your hosts end, not the user. Somewhere along the lines, the DNS records may have been changed with the host, hence the bad gateway. I do believe the IP address, or nameservers have been changed for the sites, and the DNS records haven't been updated. Step 2 - Get intouch with Bladehost, using your usual charm, wit and cunningly good chatter, and get them to sort this out. My tracert gets no further than works proxy, but that's due to the set-up of the network, I'll re-run it when I get home Step 3 - Put the kettle on
