bobby Posts: 11399 Joined: 8/15/1969 From: Seattle WA USA Status: offline	RE: Snow and Sunshine effects on image - 12/1/2004 16:44:02 The only way I've ever done an animated GIF was to create each frame in the animation (the way you would produce a cartoon) Then I used the GIF animator in PSP 6 to convert the frames into an animation...
