Trying to modify colours in outfront template - 9/23/2001 15:03:00

I am trying to modify the colours of an outfront template I have purchased. It is the stretch red which is mainly red and black. All I am trying to do is change the black to blue.

Most of it is Ok and I have modified the graphics in Paint shop pro but a few of the buttons still display as black.

Is this something to with the navigation bar in the includes page.

Help please
