FP times out with large web - 3/13/2001 18:30:00
Is there anyway to change the timout settings with fronpage? When making a change to a the theme, or borders in a large web site,,(500 or more pages) I get time outs often. This is happening on two different servers.------------------

Don't know of anyway for youto control timeouts, that comes from the internet. Morecomplicated than that, but basically, you can not change.I think the only way to work through this problem would be to break your site up into subwebs. 500+ pages is an awful lot of pages to have without any kind of division.

Thanks, that's pretty much what I have been doing, but I am dealing with a few intranets that have just tons of stuff. One has over 8,000 files.
