I also checked in IE which you've probably looked at and in both browsers it looked consistent using screen res of 1024x768. I think the tables you have with your experiences could be designed a little better though. The site is very professional looking, and i just find table borders and bright blue text didn't suit the overall scheme of things in your site. Your banner and the couple of images on the opening page also took a little long to load on my 56k modem too. But overall i thought it was a very good site. Congrats.
