Why does it look rubbish in IE but good in FF? - 12/23/2004 10:21:30
anyone give me any insight into why the site looks perfect (with no warnings) in FF and NS but seems to go askew in IE (Other than saying IE is a rubbish browser!)?

Usually IE lets loads of things slide and I was expecting it to work easier than in the others....

Site is here

Thanks....
Stephen

PS: Merry Christmas!

sorry, was editing and took out the padding bit to see if that changed it and it did, but the text was too close to the edge, so I've put it back in.

Is there a work around for this? I'm trying to keep the tables to a minimum but the text comes too close to the edges of the page....

EDIT: Hurrah! padding-left and padding-right did the trick! Thank you!

VERY Merry Christmas!
