An Very Hard Question - 3/18/2001 23:04:00
Hello Moderators:
I have gave the log in trial a shot. I am only a beginner in asp and I am having lots of trouble. I have posted two messages and no one can help me. Other peoples questions are getting answered but not mine. I was going to buy the full version after I proved to myself that i could install the trial version. I don't think i will spend anymore time with the trial or full version now. Is there even a product support if I did purchase it? What if I couldn't get it to work? Thanks

Cristobal

Hi Cristobal

Chances are the right people are not seeing your questions......have your tried posting in the FP Database Forum where Spooky and the gang is most of the time?

I have tested the Spooky FREE version on PWS with no problems and are currently using the full version on a production site. Every time it worked on the first try for me. Unfortunately this does not solve your problem!

Have you tried the ASPMAIL test srcipt to see if your component is working OK? http://www.aspemail.com/codesample.html

Cristobal,

I had a couple of problems setting up the "lite" version, but I was able to get it running. The full version is easier to install AND Spooky is VERY helpful.

Two things; 1. Post to the Database forum and 2. Buy the full version.

I think there is little help with the free login, but Spooky goes to extreme measures to help people with the full version. He supports his product to the point of advice on how to add features that may not be already installed. Although, there are not many features not installed.
