Time to beat me up. Be tough and critical when using the functions and features. Your comments are more than welcome.

I am a bit tired so this will be short, but I would change your font to verdana 10pt to begin with. Also, a short paragraph describing who you are and what you do would help get people interested.

Just by looking at your site, I have to look around to find out what the site actually does.

My TFT monitor made me blind..

That shade of red on the white background is very harsh to those of us on a TFT monitor, and it makes the nav bar very difficult to read....

True, I think you need a pale red in there too, almost pink. Also, the white is OK, but, I'd make the background a light grey #EFEFEF and keep the inner table details in white.

Otherwise the site looks quite nice!

Cool! nice.. I like the red + grey + white.. that's nice ^^

but it doesn't look friendly if your site is about selling services stuff

lighter colour of the red (like written before.. pink would be nice) will make it look more friendlier.. the page i mean

I need a quick start tutorial page to help people understand what fun they can have here... Since none of you discover that you can change the display color theme in "My Profile Setting" -> "Additional Information" -> Edit Style...Totally 6 color themes to select...
I need urgently your advice on how to make my site user friendly and inspire users to stay...and at least try a bit on the functions...:)

Considering none of us are members of your site, that is pretty impractical
