Got the eamil to work finally, thanks for everyone input. Heres my question. When I click on submit button I get a Java Script Error, but them it goes to my confirmation form. Wierd huh? How do I get rid of this?

Hard to know without seeing the form.

One possibility could be that you're using invalid characters to name your form fields. Don't use any spaces or punctuation in your form field names.
