PC Anywhere to Edit Frontpage Sites? - 12/30/2004 14:50:53
Hi. I am currently working as a web designer for an internet based company. I am planning to move in about 6 months, and I am wondering if there is a way to continue to do the same job from home. Would PC Anywhere work? My boss and I both edit pages and then save them on a server here in the building. If PC Anywhere is what I would need, could someone please explain to me how I would go about setting it up, how it would work, and if there would be any reason for my boss to object to my idea. Thanks in advance, Jackie

the internet would be easier... is that server connected to the net? if not, dont you have your own domain? you can just post (ftp or FP publish) new/edited pages to your host server and exchange them that way. you could either have them behind password protectied area (see spooky login) or, simply put them out there and not have links and email the file name for examples http://www.yourcompanywebsite.com/mylatestpage.html
