Cabbase & archive applet tags - 3/20/2001 15:25:00
I have a java applet for banner ad management. It says in the setup file that it uses a cabbase file for IE and an archive zip file for Netscape, it gives the parameters for each browser. Do you just put in both parameters or do you need some kind of code to tell it what browser is viewing it? The parameters are as follows.

Netscape:
<applet archive="Nuclear.zip"
code="NuclearPlant.class"
width=680 height=473>
</applet>

IE:
<APPLET CODE="sample.class" WIDTH=100 HEIGHT=100>
<PARAM NAME="cabbase" VALUE="vendor.cab">
</APPLET>

Do i just insert both of these?

Thanks in advance
Allan

Yep - use both, the other browser will ignore the one it doesn't like
