I want to build some of those yellow text boxes that appear when you mouseover a link...this label gives more information about the link itself.

An example is at the top of this page...when your mouse touches the round "Web Templates" icon, the little box says "Web Templates". Anyone know how to do this?

Those are just alt tags. In FrontPage, right click on the image you want to put the alt tag in and then go to 'Picture Properties'. Look for the box labeled 'Alternative Representations' and then put the alt tag you want in the box under it called 'Text'.
