Hostpro.com uses an i link beside their package features that opens a new small window containing basic feature info that cannot be made bigger. This seems simple but is very effective in giving bits of info on numerous features on one page with navigating the visitor away or opening up a full new browser.

Can anyone tell me how this is done.
