Why is my main page off center from my top frame?? I want to make my client's site fixed to 800x600, so my inner table is 770 pixels wide.http://66.59.149.16

I dodn't understand why the image map coding in the top border frame. The image is not an image map.Remove it, make sure the html is clean, then replace it with a simple image insertion. Make it right aligned to assure its position against the right side of the page.
