Leasing Proposal for Kiosk?? - 1/7/2005 12:28:43
I am looking at renting small kiosks in outlets and malls in my major target areas (Florida panhandle is what I am working on now).

I have been asked by one company to provide them with numbers -- estimated/projected sales, business plan, etc. that needs to be sent off no later than tomorrow to arrive in time.

What the heck should I include? They have provided no demographics, incomes, etc. for their outlet. I have only done online sales, but I am sure that an outlet on the beach during tourist season could sell alot of $10 baby sunglasses.

Any ideas? ANy info? TIA.

that request would seem to make sense IF they were getting a cut on your sales, right? on the ohter hand, if you are paying a flat fee, why would they want to know ( and what right). am i off base here? If i have a small storefront to rent, do I ask to see sales figures of prosepctive tenants? and what if they are new business?

Usually a Kiosk is a base + commission (from what I have read). This one will be a small base plus commission, I just haven't a clue how to project sales for a certain area without even knowing the volume of traffic, age, median income levels, etc.

Online, my sales are generally from women aged 25-35 with a median income of $45,000 (household). Buut being baby products, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and friends also purchase items regularly.
