I would move the "Questions For Staff" board to the top forum, or do away with it all together, since members/visitors can contact admin. and other members through the board.
Can you make the forum rules a global announcement so you don't need a message board just for that?
Lose the "Topics posted here..." in the board descriptions. Sound condescending-ish. Kinda like you're talking to a child.
Overall it feels like there are too many message boards. With the skin you have chosen it all runs together. Is there any way to consolidate any of the boards?
