Does FP have an option for creating thread style message boards? If not, is there a service that has one similar to the kind at this site OYC eforum

Go look at options in www.hotscripts.com. There should be various types of forum software up for grabs in there just make sure you get one that'll work on your host.

That board is a FrontPage Discussion web. But I would not recommend you use it, it is buggy and fraught with difficulties.

You should be able to find something much better at the site jaybee recommended.
