Does FP have an option for creating thread style message boards? If not, is there a service that has one similar to the kind at this site OYC eforum

That board is a FrontPage Discussion web. But I would not recommend you use it, it is buggy and fraught with difficulties.
You should be able to find something much better at the site jaybee recommended.
