Thanks Marr. I did try both ways you mentioned however once I make a thumbnail, save the changes, go to preview button and click on the thumbbnail the photo is still LARGE. Any thoughts as to why?Originally posted by Marr:

If you use either of these methods - be sure to also use the resample tool immediately after resizing to reduce the file size as well as the dimensions.
The best way to resize a graphic is still in an image program as the file size can also be reduced more efficiently than with the FP resampling tool. The more bulk you can shave off of each graphic- the faster your pages will load.
