How many hours have you got and authoritative links would you like? It is very old and a security nightmare with extremely critical flaws appearing regularly, but often not being patched in a timely manner by M$.

What is the connection between Outlook and using IE?

They are totally different programs, one is for email, the other for internet browsing.

I know that Outlook has nothing to do with IE. I changed horses in the middle of the stream, when I mentioned that all I want is a way to design an Outlook 2002 html stationary. I will try the browsers you mentioned. Thank you! (in reply to Kitka)
