I am loading a banner a manager onto my site. I also have Spooky login and a few other programs on my site. Here's the problem. What do I do if two (or more) programs share a folder name. What if two programs have an "admin" folder? I can't just change the name of one. Do the files from both programs get "married" together under one folder? Is that wise? As long as the page names arent the same, it shouldnt be a concern?

Some applications let you specify the physical name of the "admin" folder. See if your programs allow for this. Like Spooky said, if the programs don't share a particular file, you probably won't have a problem.
