Help! Help!

I've been having alot of problems with frontpage server extension errors.

My hosting company claimed to have configured the server extension.

At the Form properties, if I key in my email address after selecting "Send to Email", I will get this error:
[FrontPage Save Results Component] at the page.

If I did not key in my email address, but just use "Send to File name", then I get such error after clicking submit:
"FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed."

And it shows this address:
www.mysite.com/_derived/nortbots.htm

The hosting company trouble shoot it and it works for a while. After clicking submit, it goes to:
www.mysite.com/_vti_bin/shtml.dll/thepage.htm

But, the funny problem is when I re-ftp the page to the server, it did not work. The same error exists.

What can I do?

What's the difference between _vti_bin/shtml.dll/thepage.htm & _derived/nortbots.htm

pls help!

Front Page forms must be 'published' from within FP to work. They will not work properly if you FTP them.

Additionally it sounds like the FTP process may be corrupting your extensions.

Thanks Nancy for your advise.

It's works now.

Is there a way that I can "publish" specific pages, instead of the generic publish, where it will publish all changes.

thanks again Nancy. Greatly appreciate your advise.
