AllenD Posts: 258 From: Dayton, OH, USA Status: offline	Access databases slow loading from frontpage - 1/18/2005 17:17:23 I have always just double clicked on my .mdb file inside of frontpage, then that opens access, I make changes and hit save. As of a few weeks ago when doing this process all access files are taking a very very long time to load, normally 500k would load in 2-3 seconds, now it is taking at least 25-45 seconds to load. If I map a drive and load the same file from Windows Explorer it only takes a few seconds. Also note: When saving it only takes 2-3, I am only getting the delay when 'reading' the file. This problem is not limited to my machine, it is happening for another user also... Running: frontpage 2003, IIS6 with Windows 2003. Anyone have any ideas? It seems server related or IIS related some how, but I didnt make any changes, it just all of a sudden got slow one day.
