Website becomes unresponsive - weblogs still active - 1/20/2005 12:53:13
I am using Windows Server 2003, IIS 6. I am intermittenly having problems when hitting the webpage where only part of the webpage is being displayed. Then after a few minutes, the webpage cannot be displayed at all. I look at the log files, and it appears that users are hitting the pages, but nothing is being returned. The server has to be rebooted to get everything going again. Sometimes this reboot will last 10 minutes, sometimes 24 hours, sometimes 3 weeks. Also, I can ping the server (during its non-responsive times) and it appers to comes back fine. Anyone have any ideas? Might be an IIS6 setting possibly?

Allen Clear the cache on the server and the local machines and restart IIS6, not the server. Dan
