Nav. Bar not showing up after I successfully upload? - 4/5/2001 22:56:00

Any help to why my Navagation bar, doesn't show up after I upload? everything else is fine, except on my Index.htm for my site TATTOOREMOVAL.ORG, all else is ok. I've check to make sure that its on my Nav. view and have saved it. Even uploaded it via Cute FTP? My ISP was having problems and I couldn't even upload since yesterday? Now the upload seems to go thru...except my Nav. bar!?!?!?

Pls any help
