Time keeping for multiple clients: recomends? - 2/3/2005 16:02:29
Hi, I have a need for some work that I do from home, not web but I figured it fit in this forum. I have around 20 clients that I work with. I am looking for time tracking software. I would like something where you setup your clients once. Then when working on that client for whatever you click on the client and it records the start time and also the end time. Ability to put in action items also is needed. Of course exporting feature of per client for billing at end of period. Any one have something they use that fits the bill? Take care, Brian

Have you tried one of these cuckooclock.de/s/l4i1/ Andy, that was cold! (But kinda funny) I have been following this with interest, because I need the same thing. Sorry to post without an answer Brian, but at least knowing other people have the same need should increase the likelihood that an app exists somewhere to fill it. Actually, I asked about this some time ago in this thread Only received one suggestion but wasn't able to apply it.

I also posted this on another forum to see what responses I get there. If anything good is mentioned I will post back here. Take care, Brian

Please do. It wouldn't seem too difficult for someone with VB experience to create a basic GUI interface, tap the system clock, and dump the start/stop times into an Access db or something? Anybody out there have time?
