Upload our office files to web server. - 4/10/2001 20:39:00
Hi all,I'm looking for the easiest way to have our secretary upload files to one of our hosts. I don't want to teach her how to import through front page. We're in the midst of a relocation and she will be here and at the other office at a moments notice and I'd like her files to be available where ever she goes. I guess something that would enable her to click, choose files, then upload to a directory set up for her files alone. Then when she is here, she can go to that directory and choose the file she wants and download it to the other computer. Any help would be appreciated. Mark

Any FTP client could do that.------------------ Katherine InKK Design LinKKs - Kilkenny's Online Magazine -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* "Dogs have owners, cats have staff!"

What Im looking for is help on creating a page that would give her the opportunity to select files from her hard drive, then upload them to a predetermined directory. Thanks, Mark

Sounds more like you should use a file storage service like http://www.xdrive.com for example....... She could access everything with her browser.Rian ------------------ Webmaster SR Web Creators http://www.srwebcreators.com _ _________________ _ "Press ENTER once to quit or twice to save changes..." _ ________________ _
